In my work experience during our on-the-job training, I had the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and learn from the organization I was employed with. As a professional, my daily responsibilities revolve around the crucial tasks of lead profiling and technical support. These tasks require a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the industry. I take pride in my ability to efficiently and effectively manage these responsibilities, ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of service possible. As I continue to undertake various daily tasks, I am pleased to note that my skills are steadily improving. This task, in particular, has provided me with an opportunity to exercise and hone my abilities, resulting in significant progress. As a trainee, I understand that encountering challenges and obstacles is an inevitable part of any work environment. During my on-the-job training experience, I was presented with a problem that required my attention and expertise. As a trainee at Splace, I had the pleasure of working alongside a team of highly accommodating and collaborative co-OJTs, employees, and supervisors. Their supportive and helpful nature made for an enjoyable and productive experience. During my time as an intern, I had the privilege of working alongside some incredible individuals, including my fellow co-OJTs and my supervisor. Through their guidance and mentorship, I was able to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will undoubtedly benefit me in my future career endeavors.
