As a fourth-year student, I embarked on a carefully planned internship to fulfill the mandatory on-the-job training requirement of four hundred and eighty-six hours. The goal was to complete the necessary hours of practical training and gain valuable experience in my field of study. There are many tasks that are assigned to the students who are undergoing on-the-job training, such as programmers, who are responsible for developing a system that streamlines the company's operations. Additionally, we also have information technology support to ensure that all systems are running smoothly. Another is that we also had a person who was assigned to be the graphic designer, and they had the chance to flex their creative muscles by contributing to graphic design projects. And lastly, there is lead profiling, where we meticulously verified the information of certain individuals. Through these experiences, we gained valuable skills and knowledge that we can apply to future projects. These tasks have allowed us to gain valuable experience and develop our skills in different areas.
In my experience, the organization, agency, or OJT establishment I had the privilege of being a part of had a positive and collaborative environment. The employees, team leaders, and supervisors were all welcoming and supportive of us trainees, providing guidance and fostering interaction. It was a pleasure to be a part of such a team-oriented atmosphere. During our on-the-job training, we have been fortunate enough to receive ample opportunities to not only showcase our skills but also to enhance them.
